At the Just Darling Cake Studio you can now take lessons.  It has come to my attention that people love to make their children’s birthday cakes, and are full of enthusiasm but could do with a few pointers in the right direction. I can go much further than that and give you step by step tuition to create the birthday cake of your child’s dreams.  Once you  know the basics and start experimenting you will be able to create a masterpiece each year. 

Morning, afternoon, evening or full day sessions are available to book in January and February.  Half day/evening classes are from £40 and full days from £90.  Classes can be one to one or up to a maximum of two per session.  It would cost more than this to order a Birthday cake from me and this way you take the knowledge with you and the cake

These lessons make a great gift in themselves for keen bakers/decorators.  The photos above are examples of cakes I have created myself and in no way limit you to these designs, they are merely inspiration of what can be achieved!
