I also make individually iced cookies as favours or gifts, and cupcakes which can make up a wedding cake or simply a box to share with a coffee and a chat (ideal as a Thankyou, Sorry or Congratulations present).
Please note that I cannot make and sell 'character' cakes, e.g. Dora the Explorer or Cinderella etc... as it is an infringement of copyright law.
