All the cakes created by Claire are made entirely from scratch either by Claire, Annette or Marie-Claire and then iced to perfection.   At Just Darling Cakes, no two cakes are the same, each one is designed exclusively and crafted with love.  I have been baking and decorating cakes for more than 8 years now and Just Darling Cakes was established 3 years ago.  My style pays great attention to detail and no detail is too small, I am a self confessed control freak when it comes to creating the perfect cake for my clients.  I am a passionate designer and I get as excited as the clients when designing and creating their cakes!
